The Southern California-based law firm, celebrating its 50th anniversary in May, has been located at the 22-story granite building on Grand Avenue for eight and-a-half years. The firm occupies 42,612 sf on the 8th and 9th floors.

Thomas G. McDonald, MCR of Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the civil litigation law firm, renegotiated Murchison & Cumming's lease with Shuwa one and-one-half years prior to its expiration. Shuwa Investments Corporation was represented by Tom Kibler of Shuwa Leasing Corporation.

In Southern California, Cushman & Wakefield serves its clients through seven offices including downtown Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, Los Angeles North, the Inland Empire, South Bay/Long Beach, Orange County and San Diego.
