A brokerage team from Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented both the buyer, Andrew Peceimer, and the seller, John Saar of Carmel. The brokerage team, which consists of Jay Skenderian, Ken Morgan and Rick Applebaum, is located in the firm's Newport Beach office.
The sale has followed two other multifamily transactions in Santa Ana, in which two fourplexes were sold for a total of more than $1 million. In the larger of the two sales, an apartment building at 3917 S. Ross St. changed hands for $550,000. The building, which was constructed in 1969, was acquired by private investor Joan E. Randolph.
In a separate transactions, an adjacent property at 3817 S. Ross St. was bought by private investor Hugh C. Randalph. He paid $525,000 for the fourplex, which was built in 1969.
