The new facility is being designed by WAI/Continuum for Bethesda Homes, a non-profit organization based in Willmar, MN. The two have also done such projects as Sunrise Village and Centennial Square, both in Willmar.
Each unit will be a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room. There will be a full-service kitchen providing residents with three meals a day in a community dining room. Also including in the facility will be a beauty shop, game room, café, multi-purpose room, whirlpool and fireplace lounge.
