In the final three lettings Manchester-based developer CTP has leased 7,500 sf to Luminar Leisure for its latest bar concept ;'THE'; 3,500 sf to Pizza Hut and 3,000 sf to KFC. Other earlier prelets including the anchor tenant, Cine UK which will operate a ten-screen multiplex cinema, a Chicago Rock Café, Liquid Nightclub and a Fitness First Health Club together with a new public swimming pool. Completion is due by late Autumn 2002.
Nick Ferris, partner at letting agent King Sturge Retail said: 'The quality of the location, both in terms of accessibility to the heart of St Helier and its views over the harbour makes this a very exciting scheme to be involved with which is reinforced by the scheme being entirely prelet before completion.'
