Hachette Filipacchi Media--publishers of such big-circulation titles as Woman's Day, Car and Driver, Boating, Elle, Elle Décor, Home and Metropolitan Home that reach about 50 million readers in the United States--has increased its occupancy from 10,000 sf with this agreement. The firm will receive exterior building monument signage as part of the lease.

The location has served Hachette and its employees over the last 10 years. Rosey T. Miller, senior managing director in Studley's Los Angeles office represented the tenant in the $1.6 million transaction. The landlord, J. H. Snyder Company, was represented by Chris Houge and Jake King of Insignia/ESG.
