David Hsu will be relocating his business to the Norco Business Center from its current location in Northern California. He will be using the new facility for offices, warehousing and the wholesale of specialty automotive parts.
Occupancy of the freestanding, single-story industrial building has been scheduled for late in the spring of 2002. Mr. Hsu decided to make the move of business from Northern California to the Inland Empire in order to take advantage of the market and its lower pricing, according to his broker.
David Hsu was represented by David Knowlton of NAI Capital Commercial for the transaction. The seller, Norco Network, was represented in the transaction by Larry Null of Lee & Associates.
