Glick assisted Vexcorp in buying an 11,000-sf building at 2701 NW 62nd St., Fort Lauderdale, from PC General Agency Inc. He also put MBT Latin America into 19,102 sf for five years at the Miramar Park of Commerce, 3230 Executive Way, Miramar, FL for a total estimated rent of $382,040.

At Park Plaza, 6400 North Andrews Ave., Glick found 9,000 sf for American Recruiters. The six-year lease has an estimated rent value of $1.08 million.

In Boca Raton, the broker leased a 9,500-sf office for 3 ½ years to Chapman Technologies Inc. at an estimated total rent of $831,250. Glick reports to Tom Kates, Stiles Realty president.
