The tenant, Interceramic Tile, was represented by Jeffrey Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield. Jeff Kernochan of the Fisher Co. and Brian Corrigan of Voit Commercial Brokerage acted on behalf of the landlord.
