Laas has worked in real estate appraisal and brokerage across the scope of commercial real estate. His experience includes working with apartment complexes, office buildings, corporate campus facilities, manufacturing operations, hotels and motels, warehouse, retail centers and commercial and agricultural land.
Laas has been associated with CB Richard Ellis, Frederick & Hornsby Inc., Southwest Property Consultants and Urban Property Analysts. He is licensed as a certified general real estate appraiser and a real estate salesman by the state of Texas and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. Deloitte & Touche Property Tax Services says it has more property tax professionals than any other firm in North America.
