Morgan's hiring ends a year-long national search by Advantis for a candidate to fill the new position. He will oversee the company's 8.5 million-sf office, flex and industrial portfolio. Working with him on strategic development and new business growth are Bruce Ford, vice president, Advantis management services and Ted O'Connell, managing director, Advantis/Central Florida.
Besides Oxford, Morgan has worked in executive positions at CB Commercial Real Estate Inc., Wilson Co. and Dana Corp., Tampa. He has been a real estate professional for 18 years. Among his clients are Lincoln Properties, Highwoods Properties and Doran Jason Group.
