Chandler Creek Books First Tenant With 10,656-SF Pact

ROUND ROCK, TX-Streamline Technical Services will relocate to be closer to its client base, which includes Dell Computer. The lease is the first signing for the three-building, 163,000-sf Chandler Creek Business Park.

ROUND ROCK, TX-Streamline Technical Services becomes the first tenant at Chandler Creek Business Park, taking 10,656 sf at 2811 Oakmont Dr. Streamline, which provides support services to manufacturers, vacates space in Austin to get closer to workers and clients.

“There is a surplus of talented people in the Round Rock area that prefer to work closer to home in order to avoid the commute into Austin,” Lynn Bennett, Streamline’s president, said. The company also is closer to clients such as Dell Computer Corp. Streamline moves from a building near the intersection of Interstate 35 and US Highway 183.

Bennett added Chandler Creek offers more room when Streamline is ready to grow.
