Children's Hospital Leases in WesTech Business Park

SILVER SPRING, MD-Grosvenor’s WesTech Business Park gets a new tenant with Children’s Hospital Center’s lease of 33,107 sf at 12221 Plum Orchard Dr. Children’s joins other tenants such as Kaiser Permanente and Nextel Communications in the 475,000-sf Montgomery County business park, consisting of class A office and flex space.

The hospital will take on almost half of the 71,400-sf Tech Hill One structure, which was just recently completed. Trammell Crow represented WestTech in the transaction, while Transwestern Commercial Services stood in for Children’s. The terms of the deal are not being disclosed as parties involved have signed a confidentiality agreement.
