As noted in previous articles on GlobeSt.com, Williams continued his career goal of providing more affordable housing and rehabilitating economically downtrodden neighborhoods in the District through a variety of city-funded programs. Quadrangle recently created its second real estate development fund, National Capital Properties Trust II, which will have $250 million in capital for acquisitions. The company develops, acquires, and manages properties and currently has more than $2 billion in total capitalization attached to various projects in the Washington Metro area.
