TAMPA, FL-Goldberg Cos. Inc., a 45-year-old, Beachwood, OH developer/investor which generally buys or builds properties to hold for long term, has purchased the two-year-old, 340-unit, 90%-leased Citrus Village Apartments, 8801 Citrus Village Drive, in affluent suburban Citrus Park from Focus Group of Boca Raton, FL for $23.15 million or $68,088 per unit.

Byron Moger, senior vice president, Atlantic Realty Partners, Boca Raton, FL and Marc deBaptiste, the firm’s managing director, handled the transaction. The property comprises 22 buildings with two-bedroom and three-bedroom units; a clubhouse and administration office.
