The seller, Rice Development LLC, was represented by Mike Tharp, Fred Ferro and Eric Behlke of NAI Capital Commercial in all transactions.

The largest facility to have been sold is a 10,034-sf industrial building at 3990 Camino Ranchero Rd. It has been acquired by the Newman Trust, which was represented by Michael Maloney of Maloney and Associates. The building's new tenant is Neuspeed, which is the nation's largest supplier of aftermarket accessories and high performance parts for Volkswagon, Acura and Honda. Neuspeed will use the facility for warehousing and distribution of product.

Danny Ghinghis dba AAA Flooring Source Inc. has snapped up a 9,632-sf facility at 310 Camarillo Rd. and plans to use the space for warehousing, distribution and wholesale of floor coverings. Ghinghis was represented by Mike Walsh of Daum.

Steve Dulyea of Oxnard Realtors acted on behalf of JC Industries in its purchase of a 9,446-sf building at 3977 Camino Ranch Rd. The company, which manufactures imprinted tape measures for the construction industry, is relocating into the new facility from Newbury Park.

An 8,130-sf freestanding building at 390 Camarillo Ranch Rd. has been acquired as an investment by Ciccarelli Trust. The trust was represented by Joe Jusko of Colliers Seeley.

Freecorp Corp., which sells aircraft parts, has grabbed a 6,964-sf building at 3963 Camino Ranch Rd. Kent Pierce of Equity Commercial spoke on behalf of Freecorp.

Harry Preston of CB Richard Ellis represented John Ed Wilder III in the acquisition of a 6,965-sf facility at 3949 Camino Ranchero Rd. The space will be used for the reconditioning and sale of previously owned machinery.

A wholesale beauty supplier will use a 6,755-sf industrial condominium at 3952 Camino Ranchero Rd. for warehousing and distribution of product. The company, Biojouvance Inc., is relocating from Newbury Park. It was represented by Jim Meaney of CB Richard Ellis.

David Katz of Gold Seal Realtors represented himself and Denney Federman in the purchase of a 6,706-sf building at 3968 Camino Ranchero Rd. They have acquired the facility as an investment.

A 3,157-sf building at 360 Camarillo Ranch Rd. has been bought by Rusty West for the assembly and storage of custom computer components. West was represented by Jack Dwyer of NAI Capital Commercial.
