The business park is owned by Ridge Properties and located at 22324 Temescal Canyon Rd. American Products, which deals in after-market automotive accessories, is relocating from Corona, Calif. In addition to being its headquarters, the new location will be used as for manufacturing and light assembly, warehousing and distribution.
The two-year-old building that American Products will occupy is located within the first phase of the Wildrose Business Park. Occupancy for the site is scheduled for March 2002.
American Products was represented in the transaction by Kevin Chapin of NAI Capital Commercial. Ridge Properties was represented by Larry Null of Lee & Associates.
