American Products Leases 232,724 SF

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA-The American Products Co. has leased a 232,724-sf industrial building on 13.8 acres at Ridge Properties' Wildrose Business Park. The 10-year lease is valued in excess of $12 million.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA-The American Products Co. has leased a 232,724-sf industrial building at the Wildrose Business Park that will act as the company’s new headquarters. The value of the 10-year lease is in excess of $12 million.

The business park is owned by Ridge Properties and located at 22324 Temescal Canyon Rd. American Products, which deals in after-market automotive accessories, is relocating from Corona, Calif. In addition to being its headquarters, the new location will be used as for manufacturing and light assembly, warehousing and distribution.
