At the 850,000-sf Gran Park at SouthPark in south Orlando, Madsen handled leases last year for Fairfield Communities, 100,000 sf; Schwartz Electro-Optics, 76,000 sf; and Lockheed Martin, 31,000 sf.
Madsen has closed on $400 million worth of sales and leasing transactions since becoming a broker in 1990, Ted O'Connell, Advantis managing director/Central Florida, says in a prepared statement.
Madsen was previously named office broker of the year by the Central Florida chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks.
