PM Realty Group will manage the 389,000-sf office and retail center in suburban San Diego owned by WCB Properties, agent for Hazard Center Investors LLC.

Built in 1990, Hazard Center is one of the best-known and most highly regarded mixed-use projects in San Diego's Mission Valley area. The 15-story office building includes 263,000 sf of office space with an adjacent 126,500 sf of retail. Major office tenants include American International Group and Aetna Life Insurance. Retail tenants include Mann Theaters and Barnes & Noble.

PM Realty Group's property management team at Hazard Center, including Vice President Terry Thompson, Regional Manager H. Peter Tietz and General Manager Lisa Gualco, work under the direction of Jim Proehl, senior vice president and director of the firm's Western Division. Theteam works closely with leasing teams at CB Richard Ellis for office leasing and John Burnham Real Estate Services for retail leasing.
