30,000-SF Shopping Center Nears Completion

NORTH NATOMAS, CA-North Natomas Place is expected to be complete in the next few months, and will be home to several small retail and commercial businesses. The center is expected to cost bout $5 million.

NORTH NATOMAS, CA-Construction has begun on the latest phase of North Natomas Place, a 30,000-sf shopping center in Sacramento County. The center is part of the master-planned Natomas Park.

North Natomas Place is located on a two-acre plot on the northwest corner of Truxel Road and Natomas Crossing. The shopping center is expected to cost a total of $5 million to build and will consist of 25,000-sf of stores plus two pad buildings.

The project might be completed by late spring and is already more than half leased. Some of its tenants include a beauty salon, a wine store and a cellular communications store. Chris Campbell of CB Richard Ellis is handling leasing activity for the shopping center.
