Pappas averaged $770,000 per transaction on eight sales. Company chairman Richard E. Read also presented CII's President Award, a 15th Anniversary Award and a Rolex watch to Pappas. The agent was Corporate Investment International's first sales professional when the company started in 1986. He is a former president of School Master Enterprises Inc.
CII brokered 54 transactions last year valued at $60.5 million, making the company the largest business broker in Florida, according to industry newsletters.
Besides Orlando, the company has Florida offices in Jacksonville, Clearwater, Cocoa Beach and Boca Raton.
