The building, which encompasses 27,685 sf, stands at 2130 E. Orangewood. It is located within the 375,000-sf Orangewood Stadium Business Park.
A Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team consisting of Jeffrey Chiate andRick Ellison acted on behalf of the buyer, the Migneco Family Trust. The two brokers also spoke on behalf of the seller, San Francisco-based RREEF, which owns the Orangewood Stadium Business Park.
The transaction follows two recent industrial leases at a newly built industrial complex in Anaheim. The property, which is located at 1190 Anaheim Blvd., encompasses 192,785 sf. Completed in November 2001, it was developed by The O'Donnel Group to accommodate either single or multiple users.
The two new tenants at the property are Interceramic Tile and Graebel Van Lines. Interceramic inked a seven-year, $2.4-million lease for 55,000 sf at the complex, while Graebel Van Lines signed a seven-year, $2.3-million agreement for 52,000 sf here.
