Library Checks Out 100,000 SF at Plaza

MINNEAPOLIS-After the Minneapolis Public Library signs a three-year lease to begin in August, FRM Associates is left with 360,000 sf to lease at the project at 250 Marquette Ave.

MINNEAPOLIS-FRM Associates says the Minneapolis Public Library has agreed to lease 100,000 sf in Marquette Plaza, the new class-A office project in Downtown. Marquette Plaza will serve as the library’s interim site while construction of a new library takes place.

Build-out of the space will begin in April. The lease will begin in August 2002 and run through the end of 2005. Other terms were not disclosed.
