The shopping center was developed three years ago through DDR's retail value investment program, a joint venture among DDR, Coventry Real Estate Partners and Prudential Real Estate Investors. The shopping center's anchor tenants include Best Buy, Linens 'n Things, Michael's and Comp USA.
DDR is a self-administered and managed real estate investment trust operating asa fully integrated real estate company which acquires, develops and managesshopping centers. The company currently owns and manages approximately 230 shopping centers across the country totaling 57 million sf of retail real estate.
