The firm buyer, refurbisher, and reseller of high-tech equipment has moved into a new 20,000-sf facility in Stanford Ranch's Foothills Commerce Center, a 350,000-sf industrial and technology park in Roseville, near the Stanford Ranch 35,000-acre master-planned community.
The long-term leased was negotiated by Ken Giannotti of Stanford Ranch and Todd Sanfillippo of CB Richard Ellis. Lease rates in Roseville average about $1.75-$2.00 per sf. Giannotti, vice president of Stanford Ranch, says the project has a flexible design that can attract a broad range of industrial and tech-oriented companies.
DoveBid TMG is a division of DoveBid Inc., an international high-tech equipment company based in Foster City. TMG has 15 employees in the new location.
