Advantis Hires Former CBRE Researcher

ORLANDO-Cheri Smith joins the five-month-old Orlando office from Xceligent Corp. where she was vice president/research. During her 14-year stint at CBRE, Smith was real estate data consultant and regional director of information for the East coast.

ORLANDO-Cheri Smith is the new research director in the five-month-old Orlando office of Atlanta-based Advantis Real Estate Services Co. She comes from Xceligent Corp. where she was vice president/research.

During her 14-year stint at CB Richard Ellis Inc. here, Smith was real estate data consultant and regional director of information for the East coast.
