A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of Jeffrey Chiate and Rick Ellison represented the buyer, Judy Dijon. The team also acted on behalf of the seller, RREEF of San Francisco.

The 2141 Dupont facility is one of several buildings that have recently been sold in the Orangewood Stadium Business Park. The Migneco Family Trust also scooped up a building here in a transaction valued at $2.3 million. The facility, which is located at 2130 E. Orangewood, encompasses 375,000 sf.

The family trust, which operates the Anaheim-based ceramic tile supplier Tileclub, procured the property from RREEF. The San Francisco-based advisory firm owns the Orangewood Stadium Business Park.
