Dana K. Hamilton, executive vice president of Archstone-Smith, says one of the company's goals was to keep commute times manageable for employees.
''Panorama V's proximity to main transportation corridors ensures our associates have reasonable commutes, whether they're coming from the city or the suburbs," Hamilton explains.
The project is at the southwest corner of Interstate 25 and Dry Creek Road. It will be one of the primary light rail stops on the $1.7-billion transit upgrade on I-25.
Other tenants at Panorama Corporate Center include Charles Schwab & Co., AT&T, and Hartford Insurance.
