Archstone-Smith Takes 60,000 SF at Panorama

DENVER-The multifamily rental REIT chooses CarrAmerica Realty's Panorama Corporate Center V because of its location offering relatively quicker commutes for employees, some of whom already work at Panorama VI.

DENVER-Locally based Archstone-Smith Operating Trust, one of the nation’s largest multifamily rental REITs, has leased 60,000-sf along the southeast corridor. The office space is in Panorama Corporate Center V, in a building owned by Washington, DC-based CarrAmerica Realty.

Archstone-Smith has begun moving into its new space. It also occupies space at Panorama Corporate Center I & II. Panorama VI, now 100% leased.
