Sean O'Reilly and Patrick Kelly of Cushman & Wakefield have been named exclusive leasing agents for the space. "We are interested in attracting growing high-tech companies," says O'Reilly. "Some of this property will cater to higher-density users, some to high tech, but recently we've seen activity with financial companies." Viasys, a healthcare consulting software company two months ago signed a lease for 8,000 sf. "We'd like to get anybody who is creditworthy, really."
Millennium is a 24-plus contiguous acre waterfront development site located at 227 Washington St. in the southeastern part of the city. In addition to class A office space, the property comprises 500 residential units, restaurants, banking, retail shops, a fitness center and childcare facility. In addition, O'Reilly says separate electrical substations power Millennium III and IV and each facility offers 24-hour card-key access.
