Bonfils Blood Center, founded in 1943, currently has eight locations in Colorado and serves more than 90 healthcare facilities statewide.

Brit Banks of Dean Callan and Company represented the owner of the development, Chicago-based First Industrial Realty. Walter Weckbaugh of Keller Williams Realty represented Bonfils Blood Center.

In addition, IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. signed a lease for 7,493 sfeet in an adjacent building located at 1020 W. 124th Ave. IDEXX, headquartered inWestbrook, ME, combines biotechnology and information technology to create new opportunities and solutions for the veterinary industry.

Brit Banks of Dean Callan and Company represented First Industrial in the deal. Richard Kent of Jane Poucel Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented IDEXX.

Park Technology Center is a 146,000-sf office/flex development located one-half mile from Interstate -25 and 120th Ave. The buildings feature state-of-the-art mechanical and power systems, multiple loading options, and convenient highway access.
