State Farm Insurance has leased half of the 168,000 sq. ft. single-story industrial building which they will use for records storage. The remaining portion of the building is occupied by The Hillman Group for the distribution of fasteners.

A second industrial building will soon be under construction that will measure 274,000 sf. Phase I will measure 137,000 sf and will be divisible to 30,000 sf, which will provide needed smaller space to a broad spectrum of tenants. Completion of Phase I is scheduled for early Fall 2002.

State Farm Insurance was represented by Wayne Kress of CB Richard Ellis. The Allen Group, represented by Eric Powers and Bret Nelson of NAI Capital Commercial, represented the International Trade and Transportation Center.
