"The asking rents for the buildings are $25.50 per-sf in both cases," COPT asset manager Judd Williams shares with GlobeSt.com. Specific terms of the leases are not being made available. However, an unnamed Fortune 500 firm will take on a little more than 54,000 sf at Concourse and another Fortune 500 company will move into over 12,000 sf of office space in the four-story National Business Park building, which is now leased to full capacity. COPT is the predominant owner and operator of commercial office properties in the BWI Airport market.
