The tenant is Landmark Education, which offers educational forums to individuals, organizations, and institutions through 58 offices in 43 countries. Geoffrey P. Ludwig of Colliers Seeley International represented Landmark Education. The lessor, Arden Realty, was represented in-house by Arthur Suazo.

Heineken USA leased 6,750-sf at the Atrium at Continental Park for seven years in a transaction valued at $1.5 million. The company has moved its Western United States Headquarters to the 300,000-sf Continental Development Project. The facility is located at 2231 Rosecrans Ave. in the city of El Segundo, Calif. Colliers Seeley's Lastition and Ludwig represented the lessee, Heineken USA, with Carol Sutor representing the lessor, Continental Development, in-house.

Finally, Tri-Star Risk Management leased approximately 9,000 sf of office space in a transaction valued at $1 million. The office building is located at 100 Oceangate Blvd. in Long Beach, Calif. Geoffrey P. Ludwig and J. Eric Lastition of Colliers Seeley International represented Tri-Star Risk Management, which is relocating its corporate headquarters to the location. The lessor, Arden Realty, was represented by Jim Jandro, Michael Harry, and Todd Collins of Insignia ESG.
