The property has traded hands in a deal valued at $1.2 million. Known as First Street Apartments, it stands at 7872-7882 First Street.
The seller, Andrew Peceimer of Burlingame, was represented by Jay Skenderian and Ken Morgan of the Newport Beach office of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group. Mike Berry from Accord Realty spoke on behalf of the buyer, Brian Farmer of Huntington Beach.
The deal follows on the heels of a recent multifamily sale in Placentia, in which an 18-unit complex traded hands. Located at 718 W. Center St., the property is known as Center Street Apartments. The buyers, William and Charlotte Day of Orange, have paid $1.5 million for the property. They procured it from Mike Santuci and North Shore LP of Brea.
