Cal-west Express is a public warehousing and distribution company which has been in business since 1974 with facilities in Rancho Dominguez, Calif. and Seattle, Wash. Besides bringing general merchandise to and from Long Beach and Los Angeles harbors as well as the Port of Seattle, Cal-West Express serves Companies whose products require specialized handling and storage and have as their clients some of the largest companies in the West.
The Carson Companies are one of the largest developers of industrial properties throughout Southern California. They represented themselves in the transaction. Cal-West Express Co. was represented by Joe Ceske of NAI Capital Commercial.
