Cal-West Express Renews, Expands Lease

RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CA-Cal-West Express Co. has renewed its lease for 25,000-sf of industrial space and signed a new lease for another 30,000-sf in a different building. Both buildings are owned by The Carson Companies. The combined value of the six-year leases exceeds $2.1 million.

RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CA-Cal-West Express Co. has renewed its lease for 25,000-sf of industrial space and signed a new lease for another 30,000-sf in a different building. Both buildings are owned by The Carson Companies. The combined value of the six-year leases exceeds $2.1 million.The adjacent buildings are situated on over four acres and will be used for warehousing and distribution of general merchandise for Cal-West Express. The warehouse and distribution buildings are located in a major industrial area with access to the 91, 110 and 710 freeways.

Cal-west Express is a public warehousing and distribution company which has been in business since 1974 with facilities in Rancho Dominguez, Calif. and Seattle, Wash. Besides bringing general merchandise to and from Long Beach and Los Angeles harbors as well as the Port of Seattle, Cal-West Express serves Companies whose products require specialized handling and storage and have as their clients some of the largest companies in the West.
