Hitachi previously signed a five-year, 318,000-sf lease with an estimated aggregate value of $4.37 million, based on average quoted rents of $2.75 per sf. The total estimated value of both leases is $5.21 million. Hitachi occupies Building One at the center. The park is on Sullivan Road, 10 miles south of Downtown Atlanta.

Ray Stache of Cushman & Wakefield's Atlanta office, who negotiated for Hitachi, tells GlobeSt.com asking rental rates in the airport submarket are $2.65 per sf to $2.85 a sf, triple-net.

C&W's George Liddon also represented the tenant. Majestic was represented in-house by Stan Conway.
