Alpha Scientific Medical has already occupied the building, which is located at 1751 Yeager Ave. The facility is being used for warehousing and wholesaling. The property was sold by Askey International Corp. of La Verne.
The site is located in the 100-acre master plan San Polo Business Park. It is conveniently placed near the Brackett Airport and with close assess to the 210, 10 and 57 freeways to facilitate transport. The building is fitted with 3,500 sf of office space and has 24-foot-high ceilings with a working sprinkler system included.
