Cassell provides physical therapy for individuals suffering from closed-head injuries.
Formerly located in Farmington Hills where it occupied 8,000 sf, the company nearly doubled its size in its new location at Grand Plaza Commons II.
"Cassell was attracted to the aesthetics of the location," says David Giltner, vice President at Grubb & Ellis, who advised Cassell on the lease.
The one-story building is a combination of brick and glass and is nestled among a heavy population of trees, directly facing Grand River.
Jon Savoy, senior vice president & director of industrial services and Doreen Hicks of the industrial group represented the building owner.
E&E Properties built Grand Plaza Commons II in 1998. The development groupis currently overseeing the construction of four buildings in Lyon Township.
