HighPointe Business Center, which is owned by Chicago-based First Industrial Realty, Inc., is located just east of the intersection of Santa Fe and County Line roads in this southwest suburb of Denver. Completed in December 2001, HighPointe features multiple loading options, 16-foot ceiling clearance and views of the Front Range and Downtown Denver.
David Fried and Matthew DeBartolomeis of First Industrial represented their company in the transaction. Mike Sponsellor of Julien J. Studley, Inc., represented Toshiba. First Industrial Realty, Inc. owns, operates and manages 84 million sf of facilities, including 5 million sf in Colorado.
