Bill Pollard, Mark Flippo, Steve Schwartz and Stuart Williams founded Pacific Real Estate Partners in 1992. It is theleading private commercial brokerage firm in the Seattle/Bellevue Metropolitan area, with clients ranging from the nation's largest corporations to regional firms.
JPC Architects developed the design for the firm's new office. Pennon Construction will build out the space.
In addition to Pacific Real Estate Partners, Civica Office Commons is home to Transnation Title Insurance Co. (5,000 sf), the Arthur J. Gallagher Company of Washington (14,000 sf), Microsoft (39,000 sf), Morgan Stanley Dean Witter (23,000 sf), Wells Fargo (50,000 sf), Waggener Edstrom (45,000 sf), Openwave Systems (54,000 sf), Network Appliance (8,500 sf), Right Management Consultants (4,000sf), Starbucks Coffee (1,900 sf), and the Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar (9,000 sf), as well as Schnitzer Northwest's corporate offices (16,000 sf).
