Pacifica Real Estate Moves to Civica Office

BELLEVUE, WA-Following in the footsteps of Transnation Title Insurance Company, Pacific Real Estate Partners has added itself to the tenant roster at Civica Office Commons. The company will move its offices into the building later this month.

BELLEVUE, WA-Pacific Real Estate Partners, a local brokerage firm, will move its offices later this month to 5,300-sf in the Civica Office commons. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the asking rate was in the mid $20s per sf.

Cathy Munson, investment manager for Schnitzer Northwest, describes the decision to move to Civica as a strategic one for Pacific Real Estate.

Bill Pollard, Mark Flippo, Steve Schwartz and Stuart Williams founded Pacific Real Estate Partners in 1992. It is theleading private commercial brokerage firm in the Seattle/Bellevue Metropolitan area, with clients ranging from the nation’s largest corporations to regional firms.
