The 306,400-sf property, known as Sierra Pavilions Center, is located in Clovis. Occupants include anchor tenants Food 4 Less, Kmart and Rite Aid, as well as Pier 1, Chevy's Restaurant and Wilshire Paint.

The property, which opened in 1989, will receive exterior improvements including new signage, new paint, new landscaping treatments and a remodeling of the existing clock tower.

RMRG has also announced that it will be remarketing one of the center's anchor sites, peripheral pad sites that face the major thoroughfare. The company is currently pursuing a movie theater, home improvement store, health club, gas station and restaurants to occupy the complex.

Founded in 1991, RMRG specializes in the development and redevelopment of value-added neighborhood retail shopping centers. The company currently owns and operates 24 centers located in California and Arizona.
