Located at the corner of Joyce Street and Army Navy Drive, Pentagon row is a new mixed-use development that was just dedicated to the community by developer Federal Realty Investment Trust in November of 2001. The 300,000-sf urban marketplace sits on 18.5 acres of land near Pentagon City's Fashion Centre and includes such tenants as Sine Irish Pub restaurant and bar, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Aveda, and Fresh Fields.

"We are very excited to be part of Pentagon Row, we're confident it will be integral to our success in this market," World Market's director of real estate Mike Englund said upon news of the lease-signing last year. "This is a creative, mixed-use property, inside the beltway with Metro access and an abundance of innovative retail already in place, Pentagon Row was the natural choice for our flagship store."
