The new tenant, Archos Technology, will occupy 50% of the space that is available at the facility. It features a flexible floorplan that encompasses 30,408 sf of office, warehouse and industrial space. Located in the northeastern quadrant of the Irvine Spectrum, the facility stands at 3 Goodyear.
Archos Technology, which manufactures peripherals and desktop computers, will move to its new location in April. It will relocate from its current site at 15375 Barranca Pkwy., which is also located in the Irvine Spectrum. The five-year lease is valued at $850,000.
Archos Technology was represented by Dean Krieger and Rich McEvoy of Lee & Associates' Irvine Spectrum office. Trent Walker of Voit Commercial's Irvine office acted on behalf of the landlord, the Los Angeles-based real estate investment company Western States Technologies.
