Magna Development Plans $8.5M Shopping Center

AURORA, CO-A 57,560-sf Albertson's will anchor the 108,000-sf Somerset Village Shopping Center on a 16-acre site at East Mississippi Avenue and South Buckley Road. A Good Times Hamburger and Frozen Custard restaurant and a TCF Bank also have signed on.

AURORA, CO-Veteran retail developer Rick Miller, principal of Magna Development Co., has bought 16 acres at the southeast corner of East Mississippi Avenue and South Buckley Road, where he plans a 108,000-sf shopping center. A 57,560-sf Albertson’s will anchor the Somerset Village Shopping Center.

The project is slated to break ground in May with a grand opening scheduled for January.

The center has commitments for a Good Times Hamburger and Frozen Custard restaurant and a TCF Bank. Albertson’s also is putting a convenience store with gasoline sales on another out-pad.
