Located at 701 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, Romeo's joins Broadway Video, Chunky's Taqueria, Cingular, Deaf Dog Coffee, Eastside Cycles, Eternal Source Tae Kwan Do, G&G Market, Great Clips for Hair, Parkway Cleaners, Petaluma Valley Dental, and Yogurt World USA as tenants occupying space in the 80,000 sf retail center.
Nader Mahdavi, owner of 18-year-old Romeo's Pizza & Pasta, says the new location is ideal for its business because it's "in close proximity to residential neighborhoods and junior colleges, in addition to the companies in the Telecom Valley."
Emily McGranaghan of Keegan & Coppin represented owner Basin Street Properties, a large developer of commercial and mixed-use properties in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties. Tom Laguero of Keegan &Y Coppin represented the tenant.
