Real Estate Securities Investor Declares Dividends, Holdings

ORINDA, CA-Kensington Investment Group announces dividends for two of its funds -- Strategic Realty Fund and Select Income Fund -- and lists the funds current top 10 holdings.

ORINDA, CA-Kensington Investment Group, an SEC registered investment advisor specializing in real estate securities, has announced first quarter dividends for both its Kensington Strategic Realty Fund and Kensington Select Income Fund payable to shareholders of record as of March 13.

The $0.59 per share quarterly dividend for the Strategic Realty Fund brings its trailing 12- month dividend yield to 6%. The fund primarily invests in the real estate securities of companies that own interests in commercial properties including apartments, office buildings, and shopping centers throughout the United States.

The fund’s objectives are current income and long-term capital appreciation through a managed portfolio of REITs. The fund’s current top 10 holdings include Annaly Mortgage Mangement; Equity Office Properties; Crown American Realty Trust Pfd A 11%; Koger Equity; Apex Mortgage Capital, Inc.; Star Financial, Inc.; Host Marriott Properties; Inc. 7.875%; Simon Property Group, Inc.; Wellsford Real Properties, Inc.; and Colonial Properties, Inc. Pfd A 8.75%.
