Developer Proposes 500,000-SF Retail Project

MARLBOROUGH, MA-Metro Park Corp proposes building a 500,000-sf retail project on a 41-acre parcel here. New England Development had proposed developing a mall on this site last year but it was not approved.

MARLBOROUGH, MA-Developer Jon Delli Priscoli of Metro Park Corp. proposes developing a 500,000-sf retail project on a 41-acre parcel. A town official tells GlobeSt.com that the developer has submitted his plans to the city council.

According to Arthur Bergeron, Metro Park’s attorney, the development involves two buildings and three retail tenants. Bergeron says that it is unclear yet who those tenants will be.
